And the winner is… BARTEC.
The safety technology company situated in Bad Mergentheim wins the "Innovation Award 2006 of the German Industry" for its newly developed POLARIS Panel PC series.
BARTEC’s innovative strength and good feel for new products and application options were again rewarded: The safety technology company received the "Innovation Award 2006 of the German Industry". With the newly developed POLARIS Panel PC series, BARTEC competed successfully against the 200 competitors and could take the treasured innovation award home.
POLARIS particularly convinced the expert circle with the fact that computer technology which is a standard in non-hazardous areas is transferred to hazardous areas. Wireless data exchange by means of wireless LAN as well as various fields of application were additional aspects enthusing the experts. This equipment was specifically designed for use in potentially explosive gas and dust atmospheres of industrial plants.
